Carpet Stretching & Repair in Sunrise

Sunrise is home to Sawgrass Mills and the arena where the Florida Panthers play, but most of the city is residential: the Sunrise Lakes 55+ condominiums, family neighborhoods like Welleby and Springtree, and newer communities out toward the Sawgrass Expressway.

Homes and carpet in Sunrise

Sunrise Lakes and other condo communities have carpet in bedrooms and sometimes living rooms, much of it older. Family homes in Welleby and Springtree are mostly one- and two-story block homes where carpet meets tile at bedroom doors.

We work throughout Sunrise, including Sunrise Lakes, Welleby, Springtree, Sawgrass and the neighborhoods near Sawgrass Mills.

Carpet repair services in Sunrise

• Carpet Stretching in Sunrise

In Sunrise condos, carpet is usually stretched over a concrete slab, and units that sit closed for part of the year can see the carpet relax and bubble when humidity changes.

• Carpet Patching in Sunrise

Carpet in older Sunrise homes may no longer be sold, so a closet transplant patch is often the only way to get a true match.

• Carpet Burn Repair in Sunrise

Burn repair is a short, quiet job that fits easily into Sunrise community contractor hours.

• Pet Damage Carpet Repair in Sunrise

If your pet stays with a sitter while you travel, check the doorways when you get back to Sunrise. That's where damage starts.

• Carpet Seam Repair in Sunrise

In Sunrise condos, seams often run through bedroom doorways or down hallways, right where traffic is heaviest.

• Stair Carpet Repair in Sunrise

Stair carpet in older Sunrise homes may be on its second or third install, so we check the tack strip and fasteners before tightening it.

• Carpet Transition Repair in Sunrise

Remodels in Sunrise communities often follow HOA rules, so we schedule transition work around your contractor.

• Water Damaged Carpet Repair in Sunrise

Seasonal Sunrise homes can have a slow AC leak go unnoticed for weeks, so carpet often needs new pad when it's found.

Repair it, don't replace it

Carpet that's still in good shape overall deserves a repair, not a dumpster. Stretching, patching and re-seaming give you more years out of the carpet you already paid for.

Local tip: Many Sunrise Lakes condos have strict contractor hours. Let us know your building's rules when you book.
