Common questions

Can't I just kick the ripple flat myself?

A knee kicker can push a ripple toward the wall, but in a full room it usually comes back. A power stretcher pulls evenly across the whole room, which is what keeps it flat.

Will my carpet look the same afterwards?

Restretching removes the ripples and humps so the carpet lies flat. It doesn't change color or wear, but a flat carpet makes the whole room look better.
