Signs your Palm Beach Gardens carpet needs water damaged carpet repair

Florida homes deal with water in a lot of ways, including roof leaks, AC drain overflows, washing machine hoses and storm water. Once the source is fixed and the area is dried out, the carpet needs to be properly re-installed.

Seasonal Palm Beach Gardens homes can have a slow AC leak go unnoticed for weeks, so carpet often needs new pad when it's found. Even newer Palm Beach Gardens homes see AC condensate line backups that soak bedroom carpet. Pet accidents that soak through to the pad may need the pad replaced under that area.

How we do it

Our site lists flood damage service as re-installing carpet, pad and tack strip. Once the area is dry, we replace damaged pad and tack strip, lay the carpet back down and power-stretch it so it's tight again.

Palm Beach Gardens homes and carpet

Palm Beach Gardens was developed by John D. MacArthur and incorporated in 1959, and it has grown into a city of golf and country club communities. PGA National, BallenIsles and Mirasol are among its best-known neighborhoods, and The Gardens Mall and Downtown at the Gardens are the shopping hubs.

Many Palm Beach Gardens homes are large one- and two-story houses in gated communities, with carpet in bedrooms, media rooms and on stairs. HOAs cover most neighborhoods, and seasonal owners often return to carpet that relaxed while the house was closed.

Local tip: Most Palm Beach Gardens communities are gated. Add us to the guard list before your appointment so we don't lose time at the entrance.
