Signs your Jupiter carpet needs water damaged carpet repair
Water is hard on everything under the carpet. Pad soaks it up, and tack strip can rot or rust. That's why carpet that has been wet often comes back loose and wavy even after it dries.
Storms and rising water near the coast mean Jupiter homes sometimes need carpet re-installed after flooding. Pet accidents that soak through to the pad may need the pad replaced under that area. Even newer Jupiter homes see AC condensate line backups that soak bedroom carpet.
How we do it
We handle the re-install side of water damage: replacing soaked pad, swapping out damaged tack strip, reinstalling the carpet and restretching it. Make sure the water source is fixed and the subfloor is dry first.
Jupiter homes and carpet
Jupiter is a large town at the north end of the county, built around the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Inlet, where the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse has stood since 1860. It includes the Abacoa community and its spring training stadium, waterfront communities like Admirals Cove, and Harbourside Place on the Intracoastal.
Jupiter has many two-story family homes with carpeted stairs and upstairs bedrooms, plus townhomes in Abacoa and condos near the water. Boating and beach life mean wet feet and sand, and HOAs cover most communities.
Local tip: Many Jupiter communities are gated. Add us to the gate list before your appointment, and let us know about any HOA rules on contractor parking.
