Signs your Jupiter carpet needs pet damaged carpet repair
Pets are one of the biggest reasons for carpet repair calls. Claws snag loops, digging pulls the carpet off the tack strip, and chewing leaves holes, but in most cases the damaged section can be repaired without replacing the room.
Jupiter is full of dog and cat owners, and doorway digging and corner scratching are what we fix most. Even new Jupiter carpet can get snagged by a puppy, and catching it early keeps the repair small. In Jupiter's two-story homes, pets often damage the bottom stairs and the upstairs bedroom doorways.
How we do it
Repair depends on the damage. A torn doorway gets trimmed, restretched and re-secured. A chewed spot gets a matching patch. Pulled loops on Berber can often be re-looped. We'll walk you through the options on site.
Jupiter homes and carpet
Jupiter is a large town at the north end of the county, built around the Loxahatchee River and the Jupiter Inlet, where the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse has stood since 1860. It includes the Abacoa community and its spring training stadium, waterfront communities like Admirals Cove, and Harbourside Place on the Intracoastal.
Jupiter has many two-story family homes with carpeted stairs and upstairs bedrooms, plus townhomes in Abacoa and condos near the water. Boating and beach life mean wet feet and sand, and HOAs cover most communities.
Local tip: Many Jupiter communities are gated. Add us to the gate list before your appointment, and let us know about any HOA rules on contractor parking.

Common questions
Should I wait until my puppy is older?
If the damage is still spreading, it can make sense to wait. If it's causing a trip hazard or unravelling, repair it now.
My dog dug up the carpet at the door. Is that fixable?
Usually, yes. If the carpet is pulled off the tack strip but not torn, we can restretch and re-secure it. If it's shredded, we patch it.
